Frequently asked questions

How do I add another device?

Tap the QR icon to show this device's ID and scan it from your other Syncthing device — or open "Add Remote Device" and scan the other device's QR code / paste its device ID.

What do send-only / receive-only / two-way folders mean?

• Send only — this device only pushes its files out; it never accepts changes from others.
• Receive only — this device only accepts files; its local changes are not sent.
• Two-way — changes flow in both directions.

Does it sync in the background?

iOS does not allow true always-on background apps. Sync runs while the app is open, plus opportunistic background syncs when the system allows.

Free trial and purchase

All features are free for 7 days. After that, a single one-time purchase unlocks the app permanently — no subscription. If you reinstall or switch devices, use "Restore Purchases" to recover it.

Is it compatible with desktop Syncthing?

Yes. The app uses the standard Syncthing protocol and connects to any device already running Syncthing.

• 双向 —— 更改在两个方向之间流动.

会在后台同步吗?

iOS 不允许 App 真正常驻后台. 同步在 App 打开时进行, 并在系统允许时择机后台补同步.
